So I came outside Sunday and some jealous EX boyfriend (of my new girl) slashed my tire. I just bought the 07 GT/CS like 3 weeks ago. Now my question is that it has another tire than the pirelli my V6 came with. My insurance wanted to know how long I have had the tires on the car for wear purposes but I can not tell them that. The car had 18,000 mile when I bought it used. I think it has Goodwrench tires now. Did these come factory or did the 07 GT/CS or did it come with pirelli also?

"Goodwrench" tires? I'm assuming you mean "Goodyear". (I've never heard of Goodwrench tires).

So you are saying your old V6 came with Pirellis and your new GT has Goodyears and you are wondering if they are originals. No, not to the best of my knowledge. I've never heard of the late model stangs with Goodyear original rubber.

The '07's came with few different tires, some of which are BFGoodrich and Pirelli.

Yeah, you need to go look to see what they are. Make sure there are 4 of them touching the ground since that's also what most Stangs come with...

Sorry, I just don't understand how someone can own a car, any car, and not even know what tires they're riding on.

Sorry but I bought the car like a month a go and we have had bad weather up here in Maryland so it has been setting in the driveway for awhile. I really have not had much of a chance to drive it. Just a few days.

They are Goodwrench so I had it right in the first post.

PS. one of them is really touching the ground! Flat as a pancake.

It never makes my day when a members Stang sees damage, ESPECIALLY when it was premeditated. Hope you get it worked out with the insurance company. You may want to get suggestions from the local police about what you can do to catch the ******** and prosecute him (i prefer castrating the bastard myself) if he trys it again.
