Default Emissions Problem

Emissions problems.

I reside in Pennsylvania and they require every year that I have my car inspected. Part of the inspection is emssions testing which requires plugging into my obdII port of my car and reading each of the codes. I failed this year where I have passed last year with the exact same mods and similar tune. My MIL light is not on.

Mods: JLT 95mm intake, Bassani High Flow Cats and x-pipe, MAC mufflers, Brenspeed Tune.

I can go back on monday and try and pass again from a cold start. I did not pass catalyst, oxygen sensor, and oxygen sensor heater based on the snap on diagnostic.

Is it my tune? Oxygen sensor bad? Do i need a simulator? What is happening?

most likely the tune. not that's it's
bad or anything but maybe the rear
oxygen sensors are turned off, etc...

i would give brensped the reasons it failed
and they will give you a new emmission
friendly tune...

How long did it take them to send you over the tune?

The current tune that i have doesn't pass emissions, is that because it is running too rich? Wouldn't leaning it out produce more power?

did you get "not ready" message?

if so its def the tune, the rear O2s are not turned on. get Brenspeed to update for you.

it did not say "not ready" but instead said "not complete" but i believe they are one in the same. Down the list it was either "complete" or "not complete". The new tune should fix that and it would be great, is it possible for me to turn on the rear 02s with the sct tuner?
