Default airaid system

do u need a dyno tune for an cai system that has a 4" mold going into the engine. Or would a diablo handheld programmer be sufficient. Not sure

Yes, I'm pretty sure the AirRaid intake requires a tune.

If I'm not wrong the predator comes with tunes for that CAI with and without the internal baffle removed.

I forgot that the AirRaid intake comes with that insert that allows it to work with the stock tune. The Predator does come with a canned tune for the AirRaid intake.

But the canned tunes don't hold a candle to the custom tunes from Brenspeed, Bama and the likes...

+1, it is more then well worth the $50 for a Bamachips tune.
