Default which programmer?

Have a 2006 Mustang GT auto. Looking to get either a SCT XCALIBRATOR 3 or a Fuego Flash Tuner. Which would be the better choice?

SCT, widely spread, widely supported by tuners.

SCT is the mainstream but if I could do it again, I would have bought a predator. My tuner said SCT only has access to about half the parameters SCT's tuners do.

I have the Diablosport Predator and it's great. Very easy to use, and my custom tune is awesome.

SCT's Advantage has more parameters available than Diablosport's CMR.

You will do well with both, buy what your local tuner can support.

Brenspeed supports the SCT's. Bama supports botht the SCT's and Diablosport. If you intend on ever getting a dyno tune, you'll need whatever THEY support. As said above, you can't go wrong with either of those 2. I'm not familiar with the Fuego but I'd stay away due to it's lack of popularity.

SCT x3 is the way to go, the sf3 is a good choice. It has canned tunes as well as the ability to take custom tunes.
