i would just send them an email, saying
"i don't mean to rush you, just curious how
much longer it will be?"

i've waited for tunes before also, so i feel
your pain.

I would shoot them an email with all your info again, just to make sure they know you're waiting.

they wont send you a tune that isn't ready.. I don't remember how long it took to get mine.. it was over a year ago.. I'd email them and ask if they had an eta on it... they have good customer service..

It's just backlog. They are pretty busy. I wouldn't worry too much about it. You can email or call and they are pretty good about giving you an ETA.

Took me at least 5-7 business days for Brenspeed to ship my intake/tuner. Better for it to be done right than done fast...
