frpp hot cams

My total cost for install, powdercoating of the stock covers, new bolts, and custom tune came to 1300 bucks.

I don't get why some would pay 2k for something like this installed, when you start spending thousands you should spend it on a blower

Total cost.

My mechanics price for the cams was 719. Labor was around 200-300, powdercoating was 50, and the tune was around 250.

not even close to the cost of a blower add another 2k plus so this is why people do this cause they want a lope, cams and dont want to pay 4 grand plus or just dont have it or they dont want to go s/c

Damn that's great. I need to sort out my financial situation before I pull the trigger on any new mods, but 4.10's and eventually cams are on my radar. Thanks for the heads up.
