Started Intercooler install
well i'm glad you are joining the intercooled
crew after all this time. i know you've gathered
alot of intake air temperature data, so i'd be
interested to know how much a difference the
i.c system makes.
one thing i wish i had done when assembling
the i.c. system, is to install a drain valve down
near the pump, to facilitate maintenance of the
system.

wish I had the expertise to be able to do this type of work too. Good luck. I have the IC HO Whipple. and I am still puzzled to know that I have 524RWHP. I'd would definitely go with the smaller pulley: since the engine does not rev up any higher and you get an increase in HP, this means that the torque curve would be significantly higher across the rpm band. You would enjoy the difference, without having to go WOT. I'd also go with the dual fuel pump to secure a good fuel/air ratio. Does your kit include a tune?
