Default Best Price on a Whipple HO

I have set my goal to get a Whipple HO kit, and it seems everyone carries them. Who has the best price? and what might that run me? I want a polished kit and I am looking to do the install myself during the winter.

Thanks to anyone who has done their pricing homework.

I got mine from Joe HEck racing. They seem to have lower prices than average. Check them out.

General question....Tons of people advertise the HO kit for about $6400. Edelbrock E-Force is widely advertised at $5800 (which comes to about $6400 if you add the GT500 fuel pump to it).

Are the manufactures preventing better deals from being advertised? Are phone call deals better than this?

<== not wanting to call and make a deal with somebody until I'm actually ready to buy

always best to call personally, sometimes you can
get 5% off, just by saying you are a forum member.

The price for the kit is one thing, the supplemental cost for the tune and installation labor needs to be considered as well. You will feel the impact from both tune and the way it has been installed more than anything else.

I got mine from Steve at Tousley Ford. He had the best price shipped out of all the places I called and I know of other forum members that purchased it from him as well. Give him a call and see what he will offer. I don't have his number but I'm sure you can find it with the search option, or you can go on SVTPerformance, he has a section over there in the parts for sale or something like that.

If you have tools, then install is free and easy. Whipples tune has been running fine for me for years.

The best price ever seen for a whipple came from a ford dealer in Minnesota, started with a T, I think. A few years ago they were selling them for $5299, not sure what their price would be today.

I paid $5699 through mustangsunlimited.com and no tax! Plus I got all the bonus points.

I see Americanspeed beat me to it, Tousley ford
