A few more trips, and you should be able to cut that 60 down from 2.5-2.6 to 1.9-2.0
you have to work on your 60 foot times. All it takes is seat time.
A CAI and tun Mustang GT will do 13.1-13.2
A plain stock Mustang GT will be capable of 13.5-13.6

I disgree on low 13's for stock stang
yep that is all pretty much spot on. the guys dong below 13.5 have a good deal of previous track time im sure. But like i said you should be able to cut 1 full second off the 14.3 with the car in present setup.

also i think 5.1 is what the rated 0-60 time is for the GT, not 5.6.

Any win is a good win as far as I'm concerned. It's like Any crash you can walk away from is a good one. Same principle.

A members further answers to my question..

[03-07, 19:13] GTJT2010 thanks so if i had a 2.10 60 ft time and not a 2.59, where would i be if the 2.59 had me at 14.3?

a DS will probably make you lose a tenth, but you won't know for sure until you've gotten your 60' down a bit
that'll help you some
you already have an advantage over most other GT's with the 3.73 gears you are running
about 13.3 I think

so my goal...low to mid 13's, if i had a 93 tune might help too

Hey if your enjoying your ride and having fun I think thats all that matters. You didn't lose any money and didn't crash, more time in the seat can fix anything.

haha yeah he should be kicking himself all the way home after that

also the DS will make the car feel quicker and smooth, the 2 piece stocker is a heavy POS
