cold starts....

Default cold starts....

It is getting a bit cold here in the mornings. When i go out to start the GT it cranks quite a bit before it starts. After that start for the rest of the day it's fine. anyone else have this??

Do you let the fuel pump "do it's thing" with the ignition on but before you start the car? That could help.

How much is "quite a bit"? Are we talking like 10 seconds or less than that? I'm thinking it's normal but maybe someone else can chime in; I'm just guessing here...

just a guess, but i would say at least 5 sec.. Just when it's cold, adn only once a day it does this. The car sits down a very very slight hill, nose down. Would that have anything to do with it? I will try and remember to back in tonight and see if that helps.

Need a good dynotune... shouldnt have cold start problems at all.

that would be great. but there isn't anywhere around here that does that. living in Punxsutawney is like living in the woods.
