Stock GT on a pass

13.01@106 would definitely indicate drag radials, and maybe suspension. That trap speed is too low for that time. The trap speed is a little high for just a CAI too unless the air was really cool and dry, not likely in Bradenton, FL, but not not too far out of line. I didn't see any jackets. While we're on that subject, I got to run with some new Camaro SS's and Challenger RT's recently at Texas Motorplex. The temp was about 70-75, and a little humid. I ran a 13.43@105.2 on stock Pirellis, LCA's, BBK CAI, and Bamachips race tune. There were 3 new stock Camaro SS's, and none of them ran better than 13.6. Huh?! The 1 stock Challenger RT ran a 13.6@103. I'd heard that the new Camaros haven't been as fast as advertised. Maybe GM had some ringers for the road tests. They have a reputation for doing that.

i beat one today, i don't think he knew we were racing. Just kidding. I would like to race one though, wouldn't attempt it without drag radials. I got kicked off my local track the other night after only two passes. Car would not hook up on street tires and they didn't want me to tear up the track from spinning. Some people say they run 13 flats and others say they run in the mid to high 13's.

That's funny, I have beaten a SRT8 Challenger and 2SS Camaro at our local track already,
they were stock on street tires, but hey power isn't everything.....especially when you are pushing close to 2 tons down the track.....LOL

I no longer need to underestimate or overestimate. I witnessed real life results by not 1, but 3 different cars on the same day, under the same conditions as mine, and I was 2 tenths faster. From a roll, they could probably take me.
