I have not read about any issues/complaints with the Roush, but considering the other options that are available, it is way over priced. And since it is made out of steel, it does weigh several pounds more than the aluminum ones like Powerhouse or Coast. If you want a 3.5 in., go with the Dynotech as it is over $100 cheaper. I also heard that Dynotech makes the Roush.

I just noticed another benefit of the new driveshaft today... The car brakes better. Makes sense though. Now the rear brakes don't have to slow down the weight of the driveshaft spinning the axle shafts.

This is getting tempting but I'm sort of scared of the install. Wonder how much a shop would charge me??

Good shop with up in air should take no more than 2 hours, 60$ an hour? Not wanting to point the obvious, but Shaftmasters seems like a damn good Shaft $499, why pay 700 and then if you don't install have 900 almost into it, heck I'm going Shaftmasters and I think with the exception of the Torqing at the Tranny end, seems pretty straight forward.

The difference appears to be the preference of a single piece no pinon plate shaft vs one that requires the use of pinion plates for mounting.
