Default Headlight Issue. Need some help!

Good morning all!

Well, my blushing bride alerted me that my passenger headlight was out last night, so I went about trying to decipher the strange Projector halo headlights that my car's former owner installed. I finally got the bulb out and sure enough it was burnt out. I replaced it this morning, but the thing still doesn't work. The high beams and the fog lights work, but the passenger low beam does not. I assumed a fuse was popped, but when referring to the manual it points out the high beams and the fog lights, but not the low beams and makes no mention of left or right headlights. I've checked ground and it hold a solid ground.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

TH

Where did you purchase this HID replacement bulb?
Its probably not the bulb but the ballast.

O'Reilly's. And I have no idea what that means. It worked yesterday morning, and the bulb was burnt out, but a new bulb didn't fix anything.

They're actually these headlights

So they are not HIDs, just crappy halos.
Check fuses F59
F63 and F67 in the BEC.
Or buy a DVM or new quality headlights.
Yet another mod done by a previous yahoo owner gone bad for the next owner.
Been preachin quality time lasting mods but most are in the moment kinda modders.
No tellin what the previous owner hacked into to get those to work or if the
IDC connectors are standing up to the harsh enviroment.

Its dealership time to fix the hacked up wiring job correctly
as you do not seem to have a clue or a path to follow.
Just a buy and replace type of modder, not technically inclined?
Heck a $5 test light would make mince meat of your simple problem...
Calling Projectors HIDs was my first clue....
