Does anyone have a 2007 350gt with 410 gears and supercharged? If so do you like it? Pros or cons?

Welcome to MF!

You would have much better luck with this question over in the 2005-2011 Mustang section of Ford Mustang Tech.

I have that too and its a blast!

4.10s make centris fun, but I could imagine a twin screw not getting any traction.

You are right, it is hard enough keeping traction with a twin screw, 3.73's and Drag Radials. Much less 4.10's!

I have traction problems from a roll up to 3rd gear, but I still have the stock 17's on there. I'm sure it would be more manageable with some more performance oriented street tires.

i do with a twinscrew and find the traction manageable. I also have upper and lower control arms and 305-35-18 mt drag radials on. i find it relatively easy to get 60' times in the 1.6-1.7 range. I just wonder what i am going to do when i get my car back and it has at least 520 whp I might put my 3.55's back then, but i still want to try it out.

I started drooling when i saw it on the cover on the new motor trend. But it's not out yet.
