Question about Brenspeeds shortblock
Just wondering if anyone has visited there new engine shop. Are they doing the rebuild for there new forged 302 right there. I'm curious how much experience the people building them have. How much testing they have done on them. I'm seriously thinking about getting one. I know they have a good reputation but sometimes new ventures has a few bugs in them.

I'm looking also. Thinking between the brenspeed and alluminator. I love the tune I have, but who know how this shortblock thing will go? Like op stated, I'm glad they will offer it, but trying new projects without long term experience and a lot of test cars using the engine who knows? I had no idea they were developing this in their test cars. I figure they are also probably running a few e force cars and less saleen sc ones.

I'm having it put it in May. Quote from Brenspeed:
This will be a brand new production aluminum shortblock with manley h beam rods (arp 8720 rod bolts), kellogg crank, and cp pistons. The compression ratio is going to be around 9:1 and the engine should be able to support 900-1000hp.
