There's a tsb out about it, just search around. Not much you can do, all mustangs have this problem, just have to choose a new gas station. Also helps if you turn the gas pump nozzle a little to the side. I had to stop using a gas station next to my house as it always had problems filling up. Ford knows about it, but not much they can do.

100% of S197s have the fuel filling problem...

Your 05 is subject to a TSB but good luck with that
on a 5 year old vehicle...

Found it for the 05 model....

It was not that daunting.....
Maybe 50 seconds or so to find the TSB....

More like 98.32% but close enough...

After you learn to find the caps lock button, get 8 hours of sleep and then try the search feature. I know, it's very draining, but these thigs really do pay off.

The fuel filling issue is a chronic item; one of many that you can learn about by reading the TSB's and using the search.
