Default tools at Sears

Went in to Sears on Saturday to buy a 13mm flexhead box wrench to retorque my header nuts. Yeah I now I should have gotten the fancy locking hardware! LOL Well I found my wrench for $20 but I almost left with this set.

http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_1...7&blockType=G7

My tools consist of a rachet set I bought from costco ten years ago. Good for around the house but very limited. My neighbor has a setup worthy of a Nascar shop so I have never had a need to upgrade. It was hard to leave the store and not buy this kit. Thats a lot of stuff for under $200. Nice box to keep it organized too.

Stuff is on sale for for another week or so if you need to bump it up like me! LOL

no need to buy tools if the neighbor has them, but
that is a nice set.

Instead of going to sears to buy the flex boxhead wrench, you should have gone to advanceautoparts and bought the ratcheting flex head set they have. It is 60 bucks with a lifetime warranty for 6 or 7 ratcheting flex head wrenches. With those ratcheting box head wrenches, you never have to lift the wrench off the bolt, just get it on then push the wrench back and forth and let it ratchet away! They are must haves for header bolts, motor mounts, and other things in tight spaces.

i have that craftsman set, well the same set just 3-4 years older lol. Its a great set for working on these cars. Has almost everything you need.

ratcheting wrenches are nice too. Get yourself a real nice torq wrench for sure. a couple wouldnt be bad in different increments.

Yeah I knew I would find somebody who needed some tools!

I am gonna go back Weds and buy that kit. I am tired of borrowing from my neighbor all the time. For under $200 it has a sh#tload of stuff.

No advance autoparts on Maui or I would have gone there. I tried napa but they didnt have it.

My dad has that exact same set. As for myself, after discovering Snap-on, I could never go back.
