Default Roush Supercharger tune...

So on moddedmustang everyone is bashing using roush's tune for the m90. Yes, i know it doesnt pull that extra 5 horsepower that you wont feel anyways, but is it good and safe for the motor? My car stalled a few times while driving since the supercharger install, but started on the roll and ran fine. I talked to roush today and they said its not the PCM calibration because the car started right up and ran fine. they said its probably a loose connection to the pcm or a sensor. any thoughts?

obviously the car should not be stalling, i would go over the install
again and make sure everything with the air intake is secure with
no air leaks. then look at the electrical connections that may have been
altered to make sure the wiring is sound.

sounds like a minor issue so hang in there and i'm sure you'll get
it sorted out soon enough.

if the roush tune feels good, then go with it. plenty of guys running
the tune that came with their particular unit.

Yeah the car runs amazing. But i called the dealership and they said something about the sensors on the car need to get used to the new FI. idk if thats bs or what, sounds legit but what do i know. Il get it back this week from the body shop so then il see if the problem continues, i was jw if this was a common issue.

it's not a common issue ScottyG, the car should run like stock
except for more power on tap.

let us know how it runs when you get the car back.
