Default mac o/r prochamber worth it?

i was looking to buy macs o/r pro chamber to fit directly for my stock heads but in a 3 or 4 months from now i wanted to buy the LT headers for it. Should i wait to buy the pro chamber that's supposed to fit the headers or can i just take it to my local exhaust shop and cut it to fit the headers

thanks guys

Your local exhaust shop certainly can fab it up however you like, but since it's an off-road pipe, they probably won't. At least not with it on the car.

I have had a o/r prochamber for about 3 years now. I will say this, the quality is great, fits perfectly. However, the prochamber makes a horrible sound imo. When i first had it installed, i went back because i thought something was wrong. But according to people i have talked too, that's just the way they sound. It honestly sounds like something is wrong under the car when you drive by anything that might echo the sound under the car. I will never be using a prochamber again. Some might consider it more of a muscle sound, but i hated it. I would just get a normal H pipe.

Wow, I completely disagree. I think the Prochamber offers the best American muscle sound out there, hands down. I'm very happy with mine, and the long tubes.

I would wait and get the L/T and MAC prochamber done at one. I also had the prochamber and I liked the sound. Nice smooth, deep tone. I didn't notice any echo from under the car.

well then maybe mine was not sealed right or something but it sounded bad I didn't realize how bad it actually sounded until I heard other mustangs. I had more noise coming from under the car, then behind it.
