Exclamation squeaking problem

hey guys i got 2 problems and i need to know if if i should take this in for service and them check it or if i can do this myself. First off every time i press the clutch is squeaks. Not loud but its noticeable. Second; after i put my new rims on ( 19's ) every time i go over a bump it squeaks from the rear on the passenger side. Its fine when i drive but if i go over some holes on the road or speed bumps i hear a squeak. What could be causing this. Thanks

You'll have to be more specific -- is the clutch pedal squeaking, or is the tranny squeaking when you push the clutch in?

With the wheel, just pull it off and make sure you didn't knock anything loose. If it has center caps, check those.

Not sure if you need to take the wheel off, but just check to make sure all the suspension attachment points are secure, and that the dampers and springs aren't loose. The noise could just be a bushing.

However, I would make sure that the wheels are completely centered and flat against the mounting surfaces. I mean, noises are fairly difficult to diagnose with words. In a rare instance, you could have overtightened one of the lugs and it slightly warped the rotor.

The squeaking in the suspension could be a result of the rims, if the wheel is heavier then stock changes the unsprung weight, it could be just a bushing.
