The list of mods are in my signature and i have been driving with those mods a few months and everything was fine. the last thing i had done on the car was an oil change. also when the car gets that hot my overflow tank fills completely up.
So the fan is not working which means either:

1. The fan motor is out. After confirming the harness is good, I would directly connect it to the battery and see if the fan comes on. Use a fuse jumper.

2. The harness is not plugged in or there is problem with the lead to the fuse box. This may include a damaged wire. I would trace the harness start to finsih to illiminate this.

3. The relay is out. An electrical tester would tell you this. You should manually jump the fan with a fuse jumper and see if the fans comes on.

4. The tune needs to be adjusted. You will be able to see this in your tuner. Plug it in, go to custom tune, and go to fan temps. They should be set at somewhere between 180 and 160, depends on what kind of thermostat you have.

More than likely the tune is set for some high number associated with old school cars. Keep the low speed and high speed at least 10 degrees apart. For starters I'd put the low around 160 just to see if it's kicking on. You can also datalog temps with your tuner and see what the computer thinks they are.

i know there is one fan if i typed fans it was a typo. the fan comes on when you use a fuse jumper so the fan motors are working. the one plug that goes into the fan is connected. I replaced both relays for the hell of it so i know they are good. the temp settings that are in the tune are the ones that were supplied by diablosport as part of the all inclusive kit that comes as a complete package with the vortech, and once again i was using this tune for months with no problems.

Air Bubble.
Burp the system.
Or a popped head gasket is introducing air into the system.
Do a compression check on all 8 and get back to us....

If there is a code coming on I would guess it would be your cylinder head temperature sensor. Do a scan with your diablo and see what it says. I have an extra sensor in my garage if you need one.

Reading thru the manual I would lean towards having a sensor going whacky. I'm surprised the machanic didn't notice it earlier.

Did you take it to a dealer or just some mechanic?
