If it starts then it's tune related. Otherwise, check every single sensor connector.

it is starting to sound more like an electrical problem. it's
possible that a sensor wire got pinched or cut
during all the activity.

i would look closely at the crankshaft position sensor, it's
near the front of engine, down low, passenger side.

Thanks for the help guys!! it didnt start this morning but i talked to Brenspeed and they are thinking that the mass air flow sensor is in upside down and said it definately would not start if it were so i will try to reverse that tonight after work.

I am thinging the MAF is designed to only go in one way.
Thats for the IDIOTS on the assembly line.
Make it installation IDIOT PROOF, Ford says.
Back to the drawing board, Breenspeeders....

I think the fault could be put on C&L because the 95mm mass air flow sensor can easliy be reversed and installed backwardsvery easily since there is no clear "airflow" marks on the MAF

Wouldn't the MAF being backwards still allow it to start but the good ol' "wrench" icon to appear?

IDK according to a Brenspeed tech theres no way the car would start with it being in backwards.
