Default 2011 GT Satellite Antenna Fault?

I added in the Pac-Audio adapter (link below) to my car so I could add in my amp and sub. Everything sounds great. The only problem is I now have a satellite antenna fault and cant use Sirius Radio.

Has anybody else had this issue or know how to fix it?

Here's the adapter:

Try disconnecting the negative lead on the battery for 20 minutes
and see if the situation clears up.
I dont see the corrilation between a PAC CANBUS adapter and a
satalite receiving antenna.
Maybe you overloaded the trunk and killed the sat radio antenna lead.

I just had a 2011 gt in the dealership yesterday with the same problem(without the addon) The Antenna just cut out... no idea why, it just stopped working. To fix it you need a new antenna... or you might have accidentaly disconnected the sat radio/nav antenna cable

Where does it plug in?

It should plug in at your Satellite radio module, but im not sure on those ones if its part of the radio unit. It will look like a tiny banana plug, yellow or purple.

I've got a pair of JL audio 10's and a mono amp in a bandbass box that's been in the closet for a few years. Wouldn't hurt to toss it in the trunk, was the installation difficult for the adapter?

With running allthe power wires, hiding them under the carper, installing the adapter, tuning everything (so you don't get a signal over load on the input side of the amp), and then putting the back seats in and the rest of the car together it took me about an hour start to finish. That also counts putting in a switch inline on the remote wire and mounting it to the panel next to my right knee so I can interrupt the signal from the remote wire to power on/off the amp (my wife hates the funk in the trunk).

Not much digging if you have a MAP.
On the 07-09 models the sat receiver is in the trunk behind
the OEM subwoofer on a sheitter 1000.

There are detailed diagnostic troubleshooting charts HERE...
