Yep, dealer installed...

Thats trouble down the road if you dont know how to operate it
(and if a dealership installed it).
Drilling foles in dash components, thats sacrilege.

whats wierd is that the light has never come on. not even when i purposely set the alarm off. so does that rule the alarm out? idk.

as soon as i get a day off im gonna ask the dealer.

It's a not-so-concealed camera! LOL The dealership figured it'd only be women in the passenger seat so they installed it to get some upskirt webcam footage. LOL

That's what my vote is. Reason the light has not come on is because you have not turned the alarm off with the valet switch yet. Usually you turn the key to 'run', hold the switch for a few seconds, and the light comes on indicating your alarm is disabled. At least that is what I remembered from the last real aftermarket one I used. I put an "aftermarket" Ford alarm on mine. It has a pushbutton valet switch and an LED, but I hid both under the dash.

Every time you pushed that button a kitten died. How can you sleep at night?

You ever seen that movie where you push a button and a stranger dies? Now how do you feel?
