Asked JDM to make sure they sent me the correct tune for my mods. I went over all hoses, cai, intake and cannot find anything out of whack. Kinda frustrating.....

Anybody know where you can purchase the connector that plugs into the sct? The one that you wire up to your wideband gauge. The name of it?
Man that sucks. I really think you need to check your fuel pressure too. Maybe this link will get you started with datalogging your AFR.

What he said. I been interested in the same thing as eventualy I will want to data log a wideband. Taken from the link:

Now the only thing I wonder is if it will just show up as a feature you can mod if you have the SCT pluged into a computer. Maybe they take up the same port though?

Although, Either way you are going to have to go full throttle up to high RPMs to see what it is, so for now it doesnt make sense to data log, just have someone sit behind you so they can watch when you go full thottle. Establish a code so you dont have to watch. Like if it goes over 12.5 once it has dropped when you go full throttle, have him tap you on the shoulder. IIRC you should be looking for between 11.5 and 12. Anything over 12 and you will want to look to them to adjust your tune. Anything much higher then that and you probably have a problem.

when you plug your wideband into your sct, you just go into the data logging menu and it give you about 7 differant options for your wideband and then you just plug you sct into your computer and start livelink and your ready to go. its all pretty cut and dry. i have a logging file for livelink that chooses the parameters that you need to log, but don't know how to upload it onto the site.

Going to setup livelink on a laptop and attempt to monitor/log some parameters? I just went through this last week.

The hardest part for me was determining which of the 500+ parameter IDs I needed to log in the first place. They show up in livelink with a pretty cryptic looking name and it isn't always obvious which ones you need to check.

If you can't figure it out send me a PM and I'll get you a list of which ones I logged and how/where they show up in livelink.

808, you're running a "de-tune" for the M90?? I wonder if thats causing the issue.

considering your mods. You may be better off running the standard tune for your car, as well as upgrading to KB BAP.
Perhaps the de-tune is more trouble than it's worth...

OP I have a file saved for Livelink that I can PM you if you'd like. It has all the parameters I logged with my car. Timing, knock sensors, rpm, pedal position, fuel pressure, fuel pump duty cycle, fuel flow rate, air flow, coolant temp, etc..

If you open that file up in livelink you should be pretty much ready to take right off and start logging those parameters.

Guys I am a idiot.....OMG......I did not install the maf blocking plate on the underside of the roush tube. I missunderstood the directions and thought it was for the stock airbox. Then I didn't read jdms close enough either. Man what a donkey! I was rushing at the end....not good. Thanks for all the input, you guys are awesome. I screwed up the cai install after installing the entire blower! Lol. That is hilarious. Am @ work now so I won't be able to put it in till tonite. Wow, what a relief. Ordered a firewire cable through lethal perf, so next week I can datalog.

^^^ You sure it's not some sort of island voo doo lol?

I got mine ordered late yesterday from Gary Yeoman Ford in Florida. Largest Roush dealer in the US. I paid way-way less then what Roush direct is selling them for and thats probably all I should say for right now LOL. Probably won't ship for another week or so because Roush is waiting on intercooler parts for the kit. I called Roush and verified this myself. Oh well, I'm not in a hurry anyway. I want this to be a cold weather project. Just wanted to get it ordered before they are all gone.

This blower is definitely gonna dress up the engine compartment! I'm gonna powdercoat the ugly valve covers (less than half the cost of chrome), have my painter friend do a little custom painting on some trim pieces under the hood. My goal is to put the car in a few car shows next year. I'm actually pretty excited about it all.
