Default Exhaust advice

Ive been going bak and forth with which exhaust i should get, and i thought i was set on the pypes muffler delete axle-back...then i saw the MBRP muffler delete...i searched youtube but couldn't find any clips on it. Ive heard their systems on the new camaro but i cant seem to find any on a 07 stang...anybody have any insight on their muffler delete system?

SLP LM, Pypes Muffler delete (not pype bombs), magnaflow muffler delete and MBRP will all sound pretty close to each other.

I would avoid pypes at all costs. Personally speaking I have not been happy with their products. I realize others may have different opinions, but I will never use their stuff again

Exhaust is the first mod for a proper muscle car. I have the Pype Bomb deletes on my '10 GT and I installed SLP LM deletes on my late brother's '08 GT. I like both, but I will say fit and finish on the SLP's is outstanding. If you want an aggressive muscle car sound and don't mind a little sound while cruising, deletes are the way to go. You will be grinning every time you get into the gas! When you REALLY want to have some fun, start thinking gears.

+1, their fit is horrendous. I got the muffler deletes and to get the tailpipes to line up properly I had to go to a muffler shop to modify the hangers on them.

I think it depends on what your future goals are with the car. You're not gonna want muffler deletes if you wanna go with longtubes and a catless midpipe. Are you an X pipe or an H pipe fan, different mufflers work better with specific crossover pipes.

Just wait till sunday and you can hear my singers + O/R H

Corsa Extreme - best upgrade for my 2008 BullittI've tried different axleback exhaust on my '08 Bullitt but they all had the same annoying problem - mind numbing drone. After reading many forums I decided to give the Corsa Extreme a try. Best decision I've made. They were easy to install, look awesome with the 4" polished tips, and sound incredible from the outside - and quiet on the inside when cruising. No drone at all. None. Just as advertised. They are loud when you want them to be, and quiet when you need them to be, and produce a deep, aggressive tone. I left the stock H-Pipe installed as I like the deeper tone and the popping/gurgle sound (esp when decelerating). Yes, these cost more than some of the competitors - but if you want your GT to sound like a Mustang should, while retaining your sanity inside of the car, don't hesitate to purchase these. Do it now. And buy from Streetside Auto - best service and price. Period.

Longtubes and cams change everything. Think long term too.

if you plan on not changing the rest of the exhuast for awhile i'd say Boomtubes. Like they said, avoid the muffler deletes if you do headers/off road H/X..

Hopefully this spring I'll be doing LT Headers and I'll be putting my stock mufflers back on.. I just dont want crazy loud exhaust.
