I would be a concerned a device like that might interfere with some of the safety features built into the electronic throttle. An aftermarket tune can really change the "feel" of the electronic throttle without disabling the safety features. You said you had an auto too. A tune can help with your shift schedule and give the car a more aggressive feel.

I have an 06 mustang V6 why does it loose acceleration after I speed up and accelerate hard if anyone can understand my question? I got replace ignition coils and spark plug wires which got replaced already but still having the same issue when the problem started I would just turn it off for a bit and restart and the problem went away but now it stayed like that a wrench light turns on in the dash and the car won't accelerate no more
