Maybe I missed something from the OP....

Is the issue that you're having related to lack of traction or wheel-hop?

I have the FRPP 4.10's, I had extremely bad wheel hop with the P-Zero's. When I had my gear done, I had the FRPP LCA's and an adjustable panhard bar put in.

I have zero wheel hop.

As for overall traction, I usually do a "soft" launch in 1st, matte the throttle (will get some tire chirp), then slam 2nd (literally, slam the **** out of it) and it will fishtail like a **** for as long as I have the throttle down.

The guy in the Z06 hydroplaned, spun, hit a minivan, and ended up injuring a 20 month old boy. The guy in the cobra totalled a perfectly good spotless sonic blue vert with 580rwhp. Neither of them was known for driving carelessly and they both wrecked in seemingly ok, but wet, weather and they both say the car just came around on them.
Exactly what I read when I googled those tires for a DD. Thanks for the input. Seems the best option will be to get a decent tire and drive halfway normal

Yes, wheel hop is gone. I am buying all of my suspension stuff now. Just wondering what else I can do to help on traction. First is rough unless I do a soft launch. Second yes get's sideways, if I let rpms drop then go into second smoothly it's ok. I just get nervous getting sidways at 40 MPH. Just trying to imagine how bad it will be with an additional 100-125HP.

It'll be insane. You definately want good tires with a blower.

I ran nitto 555r drag radials for a year. through rain, snow, sleet, mud everything. Got about 12000 miles out of them. Never had an issue. As long as you are paying attention to the road and slowing down for ****ty weather you'll do alright.
