Default 75 or 100 shot

On a stock motor with full bult on's do you think it would be better to run a 75 or 100 shot I'm looking into a zex wet kit its adjustable 75 up to 175 but I think 100 is more then enough stock. Wouldn't used to often maybe once a week if that do you think 100 will be fine or is it over doing it I'm looking to get as much power as possible or should I play it safe and stay at 75

I ran an nx wet kit with the 100 hp jets in. I changed to cooler plugs and bumped back the timing and ran 93 octane. Car ran great on the bottle. Beat plenty of supercharged gt's and cobras. You should be fine with a 100 shot. Dyno tune would be nice if you could afford it.

I'm currently running the 100 shot on the zex kit. I would strongly advise you take sonicgt's advice. I used the autolite HT0 plugs and they worked well. also invest in a pressure gauge and bottle warmer for the winter. NOS is fun, but it can also be quite hard on the engine. expect to catch some flak as well from the die hard "all motor" guys who look at it as a cheap trick in a race.

I ran the 150 shot on mine with no issues. be warned though that the stock fuel system is at its limits with a 150 shot. anything over that & you have to upgrade the pump & fuel rails with some other stuff. A 125 shot is super safe still with these cars. But my car had alot of bolt ons & it loved the 150 shot!
