It'sa known issue of the shaker 500 and shaker1000 to drain the battery, dunno why you guys haven't heard of that before. yes, replacing them has been a recommended fix. My 2007 GT fortunately had only 1 issue, O/D wouldn't always turn off when i hit the button for some reason, sometimes id just have to turn off the car and turn it back on then it would turn off, sometimes i just couldnt get it to turn off.

As far as lemon laws you can look it up i dont' believe it falls under lemon law, it has to have an un-fixable problem, if they keep replacing things and it works for a little while then it's not a lemon. or it has to be in the shop for so many days. (45 i think?)

anyway, you have 2 known issues, battery drained (could be alternator, could be shaker sound system) and the paint issue. as far as paint bubbles and rust.. it is a 4 year old car and who knows how you've cared for it? kept it clean and dry? i kept mine in a garage and never had any problems with rust, even driving it in the winter. if you have areas where there isn't paint you need to fill those in with touch-up paint before it rusts.

Vaguely, but most never keep the OEM radio in the pre-2010's S917's anyhow. Being replaced 3 times, and still being the battery "terminata"? Far more likely from the description so far that it's simply not being charged back up from storage as it's only being run for a few minutes at low RPMs; and OP is used to old-school "fun" cars that have as near to 0 drain when off as was possible.

battery drained (could be alternator, could be shaker sound system)
Meh.
