Oh yeah! the aluminator is what the 4.6L dreams everyday of being. DOHC and all true forged everything!
Even in NA form, this engine spanks. But supercharging it is the way to go to really put on some pain and really get some power out of this engine.

A few guys have mounted the 2800cc supercharger on their cars and chose their pullies to really pull out tons of power

A tranny to really handle the punishment would be a T56 Magnum

I made that exact decision April 29th and now have 9000 miles on my 2012 GT. No regrets AT ALL! Better car all the way around.

I did not want another new car payment so I went SC with my 2008. Another big reason is that I am going to be keeping this car for years. Getting the 5.0 would be fun, but I don't need the new interiour, its pretty but thats it.

Design of 5.0 is sharp, love the mach look, design of the 2005 is also sharp.

To say the 5.0 beats the 4.6 in everyway is a nice stretch....

My 4.6 with Koni adjustibles beats the 5.0 suspension easily.
Brakes, no difference between the two.

HP, definite difference. But not once a SC is added.
5.0 runs strong, 4.6 with SC runs like a beast.
Go test drive yourself. The only weakness with SC vs 5.0 is MPG. 5.0 will win with no mods.

i say wait till the new 2015 model comes out from what there saying its supposed to make us mustang fans salivate haha. With these new features coming out such as the 4.2 lcd and track apps on the gauge cluster, GT500-esque styling on the front, and a new back end idk. That's what im waiting for even though its going to be awhile but like i said i rather wait for the new model to come out before jumping the gun on a new car payment or supercharger.

What made me decided to wait....http://www.stangtv.com/news/first-lo...o-show-unveil/
