will 216 65 17 snow tires fir on my 2008 gt? they are going on some 2001 gt wheels that are 17x8. my drive way has a downward slow and my flow masters almost rub now. so i'm looking for a little height in the winter.

also what snow tires do you guys recommend?
im considering, bfg winter ksi, goodyear Ultra Grip Ice WRT, or uniroyal tiger paw ice and snow these are the least expensive.

ps i know the rim with range is 7.5 but ill squeeze them on.
