Default Battery Tray Replacement

So battery acid corroded the clamp down bolt used for holding the strap to hold the battery in place and I snapped off the head of the bolt when trying to unscrew it last night. Theres no way for me to undo the bolt now. So now I had to order a new battery tray from Ford ($50) and will have to put it in tomorrow. Anybody know of a good way to get the battery out so that I can replace this tray? If anybody knows of a way I can get the battery out without damaging my OEM tray then that would be awesome and I'll just save my $50 but if not I'll probably be forced to break the tray to get little blocks holding the battery in place on the bottom to get it out as well as cut the strap.

i take it not enough of the bolt is left to get vice grips on it,
or to make a groove with a dremel tool for a screw driver.

is there enough room to get a drill down in that area to drill out
what's left of the bolt? seems like those bolts are pretty light weight
(soft) and drilling might be an option.
