CAI and exhaust worth the $?

Here is a link to BBK step by step dyno runs with this setup. Car ended up making 406 hp. 406x.17(drivetrain loss)= 475 hp. Net gain of 63 over stock 412hp numbers. And that is with crappy *** BBK parts. I apologize for the link if it doesn't work I have no idea how to do that here...

Hello BeitzelGT,
If you are looking to add some great power can I recommend the Boss 302 intake manifold, cai, and custom tune? We have seen some tremendous gains with this combination (up to 50 HP). Add the Steeda exhaust and you will have a fantastic sounding/powerful mustang.

I will let you check out the video on the website and let me know your thoughts?
Thanks
TJ

BBK performance wises just doesn't stack up. Steeda is my personal favorite CAI. If I were getting a tune I am partial to brenspeed though I have heard good things about steeda. Bang for your buck from the headers back check out the pypes website and their catback super system and headers. Cheaper and perform as well as the others. American racings are nice but quite expensive. Not to disagree with tjsteeda but I wouldn't run the boss intake. That power is caputured only in the high rpm range. Somewhere around 6000 depending on who you talk to. Unless you are going to the track or constantly keeping your car in a higher power band for me it doesn't make a ton of sense. Remember the boss 302 was set up to be a track car.
