Default Pypes catback

Anyone running this for the 5.0? Not many on youtube for sound examples. Video? Do you like it? Does it crack/pop too much?

Also, do you think by any chance ford would void the warranty? I know it has to directly affect the issue, but what are the odds of being denied warranty work as long as the cats/headers remain intact?

Magnaflow claims 19 RWHP with theirs :O, is that possible with cats and factory headers? Does 3" pipe make that much of a difference?

i can't see ford denying a warranty due to a cat back. the stock headers and cat back is in place, so it won't run lean or anything.

Ford doesn't void over catback systems. I run the pypes super system on mine and I love it. Not as deep as flowmaster not as crackly as borla somewhere in the middle. Has more of a race car sound best way I can describe it. I have an x-pipe and that does change the sound a bit. I will go out tommorow and shoot a video and post it for you. I would do it now but I will have everyone in the court all pissed at my for romping on the throttle. Have it up sometime tommorow. Pypes have a similar horsepower claim. Lots of guys say the catback means nothing others say 10-15hp. I didn't dyno mine before and after so couldn't really say for sure.

That's what I was thinking...

Is your X off road, or is it one after the factory cats? I had o/r on my 07, but scared to remove cats and get a tune. Taking car in for warranty work next week.

thanks for the vid!!!
