Hey you guys i love my stang but i just want some more torq out of it i want to be able to throw my co-pilot into the back of their seat! Whats the best way to add some torq i know NOs and S/C but is there anything else.. thanks...

 

there is no replacement for displacement. its all about ci's man, so unless you want to get an sc or nos, i cant think of anything that will increast your torque.

 

No replacement for displacement is pretty accurate, but some things can be done. Deeper gears out back will wake up the ride, make it feel torquier. Some mods will increase torque a bit over the whole rev range, but the total gain is somewhat limited. More horsepower is usually gotten by freeing up any restrictions, and exhaust tuning, and cold air packages, and extending the rev range.
Massive torque increases can only be gotten with some form of forced indutction or nitrous.

 

not all nitrous is called NOS. you can get a whole bunch of torque, but it's not going to do you much good off the line if you sit there and spin all day.

 

hehehe... yep my nitrous kit is the Zex GT kit...on my little 'ol 05 V6... here's what a 100HP shot did for my Torque vs a stock 05 GT automatic... (mines the red... The GT is blue) I agree with you about the sit and spin thing... trying to correct that now... LOL!

 

put in some 4.10's and get a tune
