Rim Selection Help
Fellas,
I don't have much of an issue, but would like to hear your opinions. I have a 2013 GT Deep impact blue (pictured) w/ 19" Nickel rims (winter rims).
So I decided to purchase another set of wheels (Machined Aluminum Attachment #2), so I would have a dedicated set of winter and summer rims - And could change over when I wanted without additional cost.
Summer rims will be 2012 OEM Mustang 19" Machined Aluminum, I thought about getting these Machined rims powder coated Gloss Black or Gun Metal. Also, 19" Nickel rims (winter rims) have some curb rash from previous owner, that's why I was going to keep them as my Winter wheels.
Question is powder coat the summer Machined Aluminum rims or not? If so, black or gun metal? Let me know.
Attachments:
1) My car w/ winter tires & rims on
2) Summer Rims
3) Summer Rims on a 2012 GT
Thanks,
John

The number of times you said "rims" in this post is making my head hurt.
Anyways, you could always go get 2 $10 cans of plastidip and see if you like the matte look on the wheels. If not, then you can get them powder coated gloss. I would say go matte if you're looking for a sinister look and gloss if you're looking for an expensive, classy look. Personally, I went with matte.

2014 DIB 3.7 w/ sport shift "Blue Cyclone"
Dang! I like silver with the DIB cars. 18X9 American Racing 23 lbs. The weight is what you want and less of it for performance. I don't track my Cyclone but I go hard through the Twisty's!
