Electrical problems

My car has been a nightmare for a while due to these problems. I've checked the usual places for leaks but to no avail. The only way for the lights/radio/windows to work is to disconnect the battery and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Anyone have any insight?

check for water damage to the smart junction box in the passenger side kick panel
