Default Tie rod ends

My '06 GT 'vert has 160,000 miles on it. Steering still feels good, but I am going to change the outer tie rod ends and get an alignment. Should I also change the inner tie rod ends?
I've watched U Tube videos and it looks pretty easy. I have my own lift.

While you're in there do the control arms, stabilizer links and bar bushings, and the upper strut mounts if they haven't already been done. If you are the original owner I can guarantee they need it. If you are not it's possible they were done before you bought the car?
