Passenger wiper vibration

Passenger wiper vibration
If the conditions are just right (windspeed and vehicle speed) I'll get a vibration coming from the passenger wiper arm. Turn the wipers on, it goes away. The cowl appears to be okay, a little bit of looseness around the passenger side near the windshield base. But nothing appears loose. I think it's a sympathetic vibration at just the right conditions.
Anyone else have this? Wonder if new type wipers will quell it.
