RE: super chips
Yeah...I have the xcal2 also. At first, I thought that the predator was better than the xcal2 but after research, they are just about the same. I ended up going with the xcal2 since it can data log thru a laptop (not sure if the predator can datalog THRU a laptop.) Another BIG reason I went with the xcal2 is that all of the dyno shops here in San Antonio use the xcal2. So if I ever wanted to get my GT dyno tuned then I already have the exact programmer they use. In my opinion, it really boils down to preference. I purchased my xcal2 thru Brent at www.brenspeed.com . He will provide me with support and will custom program future programs around any performance parts I buy thru him. Hope this info helps!

RE: super chips
Well, I've had both! I originally had the Steeda CAI with predator tune from Steeda with an auto trans. Felt a little difference and the exhaust sounded great. However I still felt others here were getting better results. There was no way to adjust the shift pressure like the Xcal-2. I couldn't chirp second for anything. I even had it custom dyno tuned by PSP. So I sold it and bought the C&L CAI and Xcal-2 from Brenspeed. What a difference!!! Throttle lag is absolutely gone. Shift pressure at WOT is real tight and it just keeps pulling. I even called Brent to let him know he's got a real handle on the '05 tuning and a customer for life! Now, could I have gotten the same results with a different tune on my Predator? Maybe, but I'm not going back now. BTW I don't think the diffent CAI made any difference at all. Brenspeed had that particular package and I bought it, but I don't think the difference in airflow is all that much between the two to feel anything.
