Default Heated seats not working. Any help?

Ok the heated seats buttons in my 2010 work, because when you hold them down you get the contrast menu. But no heated seat icon appears to show they’re on, and they aren’t getting warm. I checked the fuse under the hood and in the passenger side footwell. Both good. I don’t really know where to go from here.

Can anybody offer any help of what might need to be replaced? I don’t know where the relays are, but I read something for a different year model saying they’re “behind the headlamp”. I’m guessing that means the map lights? The car is fairly new to me so I’m not sure when or if they’re ever worked. Thanks guys.

I have the same issue with my 2017. On the 2017 a module controls the HVAC including the seats and I have to replace it (about a $425 charge, not under warranty any longer unfortunately)
