Default 05-09 Mustang GT's seem to be getting harder to find

Hi,
Right now I want to own a mustang again, and in the next year or 2 I'm hoping to have enough debt paid off so I can go out and buy a 05-09 mustang gt, and lately I've been noticing that they are getting harder to find. I'm in the bay area, so I live in a big city. In my area its really easy to find Infiniti G35s and 350z's, but they are a lot less listings from both private party and dealer for the 05-09 mustangs. My goal is to buy a manual convertible, which I know is already a big challenge, but I'm still surprised to see that they aren't too many listings for mustangs for sale. Has anyone else been noticing that they aren't as many listings for S197 mustangs right now?

I have an 07 GT convertible at home in the garage. Keep looking, there out there.

A lot of them are onto third or fourth owners who don't take good care of them and let them get trashed or simply wreck them. I was the original owner of a 2008 GT, nice windviel blue with a gt appearance pack, Oem Hid headlights, oem gray fan blade wheels and premium tan ileather interior package. It got totaled in 2022 in a once every 50 year rainstorm....

Unfortunately many 05-09 GTs either get wrecked or suffer from neglect by uncaring owners, so finding one that's still in very good condition is becoming increasingly difficult because owners tend to hang on to them (like me ).
