So, I have had this new Mustang in my driveway for close to three weeks now and it is time to start fooling around with it. I've been reading a LOT of the posts and it seems these mod a lot different than the previous generation (SN95, 1994-2004) so I all my previous mod knowledge is useless.

So, perhaps I could start with some UDPs. Has anyone had any good/bad experience with any particular brands? I live in Florida so I am always concerned about the effect on charging of UDP on my car while it is idling in 100 degree weather running the A/C, Stereo, and Lights.

Any info is appreciated-

 

You would be better off getting a CAI and tune first. Then go with the underdrive. The tune is by far the best starting performance mod.

 

I will agree with doobs. Get a CAI and a tune first. That is going to be the best bang for the buck mod you can make. After that, pulleys are a good next mod. I have Steeda UDPs and are quite pleased with the results from them.

CAI = cold air intake
