if i get jba long stainless with the catted x or h pipe will i pass emissions or no?

yep, if you get the off-road cross-pipe then you will have a much harder time to pass.

FYI: if you have an SCT programmer, then you can turn off the sensors and stuff and when you go to get your car inspected, the machine will have an N/A output for all the tests but the overall result will be a pass. most car inspectors are too damn dumb to realize what is going on and will just read the overall result. PASS

I went with H-pipe and no cats - sounds awesome and even high flow or offroad cats won't breath as good (though you will get better breathing than stock). I simply keep my cats in my garage and I'll replace them temporarily whenever I need to get a smog check. Not that big of a deal to put them back on once in a blue moon.
