got the flowmaster american thunder axlebacks for my 05 gt, i more then likely will never upgrade my headers and i was to stay emissions legal.. is there any h pipe you guys would suggest? thanks in advance.. i want it to have the deep mean v8 sound to it.

JBA makes a catted h-pipe to be used with long tube headers. Check their website

hmm... just to make things clearer.... the car comes with 'manifolds', not headers

You could get a catless h-pipe which will improve sound and flow alot. are you in california?

haha as you can tell im pretty newbie when it comes to cars thats why im seeking your guys help . and im down in houston, i went and asked a guy that does state inspections today and said around here now they lift the car up to check and see if cats are on it or not, dunno if he was messing with me or not i couldnt tell.

I have yet to see an inspector lift a car to inspect cats. He was probably messing with you...

cool just listened to a clip of those pypes, on brenspeed definately like the sound.. for my last question if i get these and dont pass on emissions what happends do they fine you or what?

if i did decide to go emission legal, are there any pipes worth getting for deeper sound or should i stay with stock?
