can someone please tell what they are and are they worth it

 

they are the little pulleys mounted directly to the timing chain cover. the aftermarket one claim to have less friction and supposedly are worth a whopping 2 hp. IMO waste of money 2 hp cannot be verified since each dyno pull can vary more than 2hp with no changes to the car/engine. just making something to sell to people.
