i installed the C&L intake and tuned it with my diablo with the program from C&L.. it shifts at 4000rpm and the torq managment is stll there.. what should i do to fix that.. where in the diablo programer do i do it? thanks for your help and any other suggestions are welcome

 

I am assuming your auto. Why does it shift at 4k??? Mine shifts at 6400. The only way to up the shift pressure and firmness is with a custom tune. My advice is go get the car professionally tuned.

 

WELL I HAVE THE DIABLO TUNER AND YES ITS AUTO.. THE TUNE I HAD BEFORE I INSTALLED THE c&l WAS AWSOME.. SHIFTING WAS LIKE YOURS JUST PAST 6000 AND THE TOURQ MANAGMENT WAS LOW IS THERE A WAY TO DO THIS WITH OUT GOING TO A SHOP?

 

There is but you have to know exactly how to use your diablo. You can adjust the shift points, the shift firmness, and the shift pressure without a shop but you need to know what you are doing. Call Diablo and see if they will walk you through it.

SO WHAT SHOULD I SET MY SHIFT POINTS TO. AND HOW SHOULD I AND WHAT SHOULD I SET MY SHIFT FIRMNESS TO.. ANYBODY KNOW?

 

The diablo's now allow you to adjust shift pressure?

 

ok i need some seriouse help.. i changed my shift points and rev limiter for each gear and it didnt do a thing.. i bumped everythign up to about 6000 and nothing changed i still can't get my gears to go past 4000rpm what am i missing what am i doing wrong?
