sorry to hear this but she must have lived a pretty good life being 88 and all. I lost my Mom in June of this year on the 3rd so I know what you are gone through. Mine had alzheimer's and was 81 it reached a point where it was just better for her. anyway I took her home as I stayed with her and her with me and my family and I woke one morning to find her dead the worst day of my life by far. But it was not a tragedy it was a celebration of her moving on and out of the pain she was in. Did it make it any easier for me NO but it is the only way I could look at it.
