Sorry that we couldn't respond to this earlier and that we won't be getting your business. We have been extremely busy helping our customers that know how to use a phone.

 

Then what's the purpose of having a section here? Maybe you should be checking in more often or relinquish your spot here. If that's supposed to be an excuse, it's a pretty **** poor one.

 

Like I said before it's very difficult to reply to all of our forums and threads when we need to help the customers that use more preferred methods of communication like the phone and email. Yes we do provide service here however our business is located in a real warehouse/office and not on a forum. Sorry you're not satisfied with the service we provide. Jared
